  Very poor. Travelled from Guildford on a Saturday morning. Arrived at the showroom at 11:40. Only to find them closed with a sign saying prospective customers can only visit by appointment. Nothing to indicate that on the website. I telephoned the number and was informed that the showroom closes at midday. This was at 11:45. The lady on the phone merely told me I need to make an appointment. Not sure how they expect people to glean this information from the website. Disappointed.
